Do you offer matching accessories?
Yes! Many of our designs are available across multiple products, including phone cases, AirPods cases, Samsung Buds cases, Pixel Buds cases, iPad cases, MacBook cases, and drinkware.
Are your products printed or textured?
The artwork is professionally printed onto the surface of the case. Designs are visual prints and do not have raised, textured, or metallic finishes unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please note that pattern placement may vary slightly depending on the product size and shape.
Will the design look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display colours accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Pattern placement may also vary slightly between products and device sizes.
Are your cases protective?
Our tough cases are made with durable materials, helping to keep your device safe from everyday bumps and scratches – all while looking amazing.
Are all buttons, ports and speakers accessible?
Yes. Our cases are designed with precise cut-outs to help ensure easy access to charging ports, speakers, cameras, and buttons, so you can use your device comfortably without removing the case.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally range from 5–12 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide so you can enjoy Case and Charm products wherever you are.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
What is your return policy?
As most of our products are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., damaged, misprinted), get in touch and we’ll make it right.
What if I order the wrong phone model?
As all products are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect model selections. Please double-check your device model before placing your order.
