Made-to-Order Products

Everything at Case & Charm is made to order, just for you! Because of this, we do not offer exchanges or returns for choosing the wrong device model, colour, or design—so please check your order carefully before placing it.

However, we totally understand that things can sometimes go wrong in production or during shipping. That’s why we’re happy to offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Returns & Replacements

We offer replacements for the following situations:

  • The item is damaged during shipping

  • The item is defective or has a manufacturing issue

  • You received the wrong item due to a fulfillment error

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Provide a clear photo or description of the issue

Please note: All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. We are unable to process replacements after this time.

Pricing & Product Info

All prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We do our best to display product colours and images accurately, but we can’t guarantee how they’ll appear on your screen.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit sales to certain regions or individuals

  • Cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates our policies

Vouchers and discount codes

Vouchers and discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
