Returns & Replacements Policy
At Case & Charm, all of our products are made to order—crafted just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, model, or design is selected at checkout. Please double-check your order details carefully before placing your order.
However, if there’s an issue with the quality or condition of your item, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Print or Fulfilment Errors
If your item has a printing issue or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 30 days of your order date. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
