At Case & Charm, we stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to offer a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Covered

This warranty applies to original, purchased items only. It covers manufacturing faults such as:

  • Defective stitching or seams
  • Print or finish errors
  • Material or construction defects

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item, where available.


Warranty Terms

  • Our warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Case & Charm or our authorised resellers.
  • Warranty claims cannot be made on items that have already been replaced under warranty or refunded.
  • If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us immediately—preferably within 7 days of receipt.

To make a warranty claim, please email us at [insert email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • At least one clear, high-resolution photo or video showing the defect

If an identical product is unavailable, we may offer a comparable alternative. Refunds are not provided under warranty.

If the product was received as a gift, we’ll need to locate the original order using the buyer’s name or order number.

Promotional or complimentary items are not eligible for warranty replacement.


What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Drops, spills, heat, or exposure to moisture
  • Application or installation errors
  • Third-party modifications or repairs
  • General wear and tear (e.g., scratches, surface scuffs)
  • Improper storage or damage caused by pets or the environment
  • Items not purchased from Case & Charm or an authorised reseller
